Terms And Conditions


These Terms and Conditions establish the agreement between you and Tring Airport Ride Solutions. By booking a taxi and using our services, you unconditionally accept the terms and conditions as presented in this agreement.


In this agreement:

"Tring Airport Ride Solutions," "we," or "us" refers to the service provider.

"You" and "your" pertain to any individual, business, or company making a booking with us.


3.1 It is your responsibility to allocate sufficient time for your journey, including airport transfers where timely check-in is essential for your flight. Tring Airport Ride Solutions shall not be held accountable for any delays resulting from your failure to allow adequate travel time or your unavailability at the scheduled pickup time.

3.2 You are responsible for ordering a car suitable for your group's size and luggage. We do not guarantee transportation for an excessive amount of luggage. Please note that a child, regardless of age, is counted as a single passenger.

3.3 If wheelchair access is required, it should be requested when making the booking.

Prices & Payment

4.1 Our quotes are based on the information you provide. Prices, unless otherwise specified, exclude VAT, which may be applied additionally if applicable. We reserve the right to adjust the provided quote if there are significant changes to the planned itinerary.

4.2 Our quote includes a 45-minute waiting period after the specified landing time and covers airport parking fees. Any wait time beyond this will be charged at the standard Tring Airport Ride Solutions waiting rate. While we will make efforts to accommodate flight delays, we are not obligated to do so.

4.3 Upon accepting our quote, you will receive a booking confirmation. It is your responsibility to review this confirmation for accuracy. Failure to notify Tring Airport Ride Solutions of any inaccuracies may result in delays or additional costs for which we shall not be held responsible.

4.4 Payment for our services can be made in cash, by credit card, or debit card.

The Service

5.1 You are accountable for the conduct of all passengers during the journey. Any charges for vehicle cleaning or damage caused by passengers will be applied as necessary.

5.2 Smoking, eating, and drinking in the vehicle are not permitted.

5.3 All children in the vehicle must be securely restrained in accordance with their height, weight, and age.

5.4 We will not carry more passengers than allowed by licensing or insurance regulations.


6.1 In the event of a booking cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible. If you cancel a vehicle after it has been dispatched, charges will be based on the time and distance covered by the driver to the point of cancellation.

6.2 Cancellations made before the vehicle is dispatched via our online booking system may result in charges against the original payment.


7.1 While we make every effort to ensure timely arrivals, we are not liable for losses due to delays beyond our control. In no circumstance will Tring Airport Ride Solutions be responsible for losses incurred by you or your business.

7.2 Your luggage is carried at your own risk.

7.3 If the vehicle breaks down during your journey, we will arrange an alternative vehicle to enable you to continue your trip as promptly as possible.

7.4 You shall not hold Tring Airport Ride Solutions responsible for any expenses, damages, costs, or losses resulting from actions or omissions of anyone in your party.

7.5 No party involved may exclude or limit their liability for personal injury, death, negligence, fraudulent misrepresentation, wilful default, or any matter deemed unenforceable by applicable laws.


8.1 We reserve the right to terminate or decline a booking immediately if any vehicle or driver is put at risk by abuse, violence, or damage from you or any other passenger. No refunds will be provided for terminated journeys.


9.1 Tring Airport Ride Solutions may subcontract its obligations under this agreement. You may not assign, delegate, or transfer any of your rights or obligations under this agreement.

9.2 Tring Airport Ride Solutions may modify these terms and conditions at any time by updating this page. It is your responsibility to periodically review these terms and conditions to stay informed of any changes. Existing bookings will be honored at the rates in effect at the time of booking.

9.3 We handle information in accordance with the Data Protection Act of 1988.

9.4 This agreement constitutes the entire understanding between Tring Airport Ride Solutions and yourself.

9.5 These terms and conditions do not confer any benefits or advantages to third parties. No third party has the right to enforce rights under this agreement unless agreed upon in writing.


Any disputes or claims must be submitted within 30 days from the booking pickup date. Tring Airport Ride Solutions is not obligated to entertain claims or disputes made after this timeframe.
